OK, here's the update of my recent running activities. I was going to join a friends jogging team and do 15 mi training. But unfortunately some of them got sick and it was cancelled (honestly a bit relieved, hehe). So I did a solo run. The longest distance was a little over 10 mi.....darn it! I couldn't reach the goal. But calculating the amount of total distance I ran over weekend was 24 mi. Not bad at all. Now I move like a old rusty robot since I have soreness all over my body. I wish a simple tune-up and oil would fix it!!!!
