Protein sources


I have been vegetarian over a year and half now( but I occasionally enjoy meat now and then;).

This is a good protein source chart and helps me to know what is good to eat since I am about starting a serious training for a full marathon(maybe it is already too late?) in early fall and I need a lot of protein to keep me going.

As a Japanese, Tofu is naturally my favorite protein source(but expensive here;( I never tried Tempeh and have been curious about it. Thanks to Pinterest to give me a lot of ideas for cooking. Let's give it a try!
