Another busy week passed by.
My new zumba regular class will be starting in a week. I am not sure how my body will react to the three or more( it depends on subbing) classes three days in row every week. I am in need of serious self-care situation right now. I try to watch closer my diet, sleep level and most important of all, not to push myself to do extra training. Trust me, the third one is the most difficult since there are so many cool classes. Giving up that fun stuff makes me a bit bummed..... But my health is much more important.
So there will be a bit challenge, but over all I am beyond excited for having a regular class!!!!
